Terms and Conditions

Pre-Season Orders   
I am a one-person operation so I appreciate having time to make up your order.  You will receive a discount for pre-season orders placed by May 20th.   I make several thousand extra hats each year to fill last minute orders but naturally I can’t guarantee availability.  There is a $800 minimum for receiving a full 6%discount and extended payment terms.   Pre-season orders under $800 receive a 3% discount.   Pre-season orders can be altered up to 30 days prior to ship date.  Alterations that reduce the dollar amount by more than 15% will lose the percentage discount. 

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. The shipping cost is added to the bill.  All merchandise will be shipped from Earlysville, VA. 

Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled less than two months prior to requested ship date.

 Payment Terms
For pre-season orders I will ship anytime after August 20th with a December 20th payment date. That gives you up to 120 days!   For all other orders payment is due 90 days from date of invoice.  Late payments are charged 4% per month.  No orders will be shipped to past due accounts.

Returns
Returns may be made for any defective merchandise or for other mistakes made by the Mouse Works.  Returns must have prior authorization before shipment back to the Mouse Works.  The Mouse Works will repair, replace or make credit for the product at its discretion.  Errors or Shortages found must be reported within two weeks of receipt of goods.

 Sizing
All clothing is cut to maximize the two-way stretch nature fleece. Thus adult hats will fit nearly everyone (approx. age 3 and up) as they stretch to fit the individual head.  There is no guarantee of sizing.

Colors
My hats and clothing come in an immense assortment of colors and styles of fleece.  This is because I recycle factory remnants.  You can request certain color themes if you need them otherwise all orders will be shipped as assorted colors.  Please contact me about color availability for skirts and overalls.
