The Colorado River.
230 miles of beauty by kayak.

On June 21st  four rafts, five kayaks, one catacraft, and one canoe left Lees Ferry to enter the legendary Grand Canyon under the hot midday sun.  Riding on this motley assortment of river craft were 16 people of which The Mouse knew only one.   For 16 days we floated through the deep canyon walls witnessing the beauty of nature and becoming well acquainted with each others odd quarks.   The grand  beauty left my east coast camera speechless on the second day and it remained dumbstruck all the way through the remainder of the trip and on to the county dump.  So many of these photos were taken by other members of the trip.
