Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, 1998

In 1998 my friend Mark Slezak and I hiked for a month on the Pacific Crest Trail.  We walked 750 miles from Burney Falls to Mt Whitney in California.  It was a 200% snowfall year so we spent much of the journey walking on snowpack, which was a first for two Virginia boys.
